The Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board is composed of:

Four independent members, with a perfectly equal representation of men and women
  • These 4 members are appointed for two years, renewable terms.
  • They contribute their experience as corporate executives and experts in Altamir’s sectors of specialisation.

Dominique Cerutti

Dominique Cerutti is Chairman of Adarna Ltd, one of the largest independent cybersecurity companies in the United Kingdom, and a member of the Board of Directors of Idemia, the world leader in augmented identity.

He was Chairman & CEO of Altran from June 2015 to December 2020, during which time he and his team transformed the group into the world leader in R&D and engineering services. Prior to that, he served for more than 20 years in the IBM group where he contributed to the strategic transformation of the company.

Jean Estin

Jean Estin is the Chairman/CEO and founder of Estin & Co., an international firm specializing in strategy consulting with offices in Paris, London, Zurich, New York and Shanghai. He has 40 years of experience in strategy consulting and senior management.

 

Marleen Groen

Marleen Groen has more than 30 years of experience in financial services. Prior to becoming Senior Advisor at Stepstone, Ms Groen founded Greenpark Capital Ltd, a leading global investment firm based in London and specialised in mid-market private equity secondaries.

Anne Landon

Anne Landon is a member of the Management Committee of Banque Transatlantique and is Head of the Corporate Advisory and Development Department. Ms Landon is a member of the Boards of Banque Transatlantique Belgium and of Dubly Transatlantique Gestion.

 

The Supervisory Board provides ongoing oversight of the Company’s management

It decides on the allocation of net income to be proposed to shareholders at their Annual Meeting.
The Management Company consults the Supervisory Board on the application of valuation rules to portfolio companies and on any potential conflicts of interest.

The Supervisory Board meets as Nomination and Remuneration Committee at least once a year to examine issues related to the remuneration of the Management Company and the members of the Board, and to the composition of the Board and the Audit Committee.
