Becoming a shareholder
If you decide to become an Altamir shareholder, you may choose the form in which you wish to hold your shares: either registered – pure or administrated – for those with a medium/long-term outlook, or bearer form.
Registered shareholder, a privileged status
If your shares are in registered form, you are known to and recognized by the Company
- You systematically and directly receive all shareholder information, notably a complete Shareholders’ Meeting notice with the forms needed to request an admission card, a correspondence vote, power of attorney or proxy or documents.
- Procedures to attend the Shareholders’ Meeting are simplified: neither the admission card nor your share immobilization certificate are necessary.
- If your shares are in pure registered form you are also entitled to:
> The waiver of custody fees, those latter being borne by Altamir
> A dedicated call line to our partner Société Générale Securities Services to answer questions about managing your securities on +33 (0)2 51 85 67 89 (Customer call center Nomilia).
